Shipping

All shipping is through UPS and will be shipped out within 3 days of purchase. If you need to upgrade to a faster shipment, please email us at backhomedesignsanddecor@gmail.com.

Back Home is not responsible for any delays with UPS. Including lost, damaged, or stolen items. Once we drop off the items to UPS, they are out of our control.

We also offer “Local Pick-Up” on Thursday nights from 5:30-6:30 PM at the KC Hall in Union, Missouri. We will not stay past the 6:30 mark to wait for you. If you miss the pickup time, you will have to wait until the next week.

If you order multiple items, they will be shipped out together.

It is your responsibility to enter your address correctly when placing an order. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the wrong address.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at returns@backhomedesignsdecor.com, and we will assist you in returning your product. If you return a product, you will receive the refund in store credit, but the cost of shipping is deducted from the credit.

You must consult us about your desire to return an item within 7 days of delivery. If the item has been covered in animal hair, or strongly smells like smoke we have the right to refuse your return.

When shipping a return, please package the item in the same size package that it was shipped in or smaller. Larger boxes cost more to ship and will have to be deducted from your store credit.

Any items being sold at a discounted price are not eligible for return.

Your personal information will not be released anywhere. It will strictly be used for shipping purposes and data for our business.
